Excellent Customer Service!!!!! I came in with my boyfriend to look for a new car on October 15th. We were greeted by Franco Leonard, one os the sales specialist. Right off the bat, I came in with my boyfriend to look for a new car on October 15th. We were greeted by Franco Leonard, one os the sales specialist. Right off the bat, he was very approachable, and polite. As we were looking for different cars , he kept an open mind with us. He took us to the lot, explained the car, which showed that he knew exactly what he was talking about, He was also very patient with us. We spent about 3 to 4 hours that day at the dealership. He even stayed beyond his time to make sure we found the car we wanted! When we finally did, Franco was adept at getting all the necessary paperwork done. Gill, who we worked in the financial area was also ver pleasant and professional and worked very hard to ensure we to the car we wanted! Gill followed up with us the next to confirm that everything was a go. What more could we ask for from him! We picked up the car on October 16th. Without his help and his instantaneous comprehension of everything, this would never happened this fast. To put my experience in shorter words, it was awesome!! Franco was awesome! For my next car, I would definitely be going to him. He was pleasant, professional, humble, friendly, had great knowledge of the company and the cars. And another good thing is he checked with us the next day via phone to make sure we were satisfied!!! This experience would have never been the same if we had another sales specialist. 100% SATISFIED!!!! More

I made a reservation to go in on a Saturday in late August and within 15 minutes I was in a CLA 250 test driving with Franco. Franco was a pleasure to deal with. We discussed exactly what I wanted in a car and he was able to find it for me. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. They went out of their way to make the transition from my old car to my new one seamless especially since the prior dealership I was dealing with was making everything very difficult for me. I would recommend anyone to go see Franco at Flagship. It was probably the most pleasurable time I have had at a dealership! More

No one loves the process to purchase a used car in particular, there are many uncertainties and you always feel like you left money on the table, and the salesperson "sold you". But from start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Franco Leonard made sure that the car was 100% prior to pick up, coordinated all repairs with Audi, kept me in the loop through phone calls and emails, and even when I wanted to change terms on the financing a day after I signed everything Franco coordinated with the financing dept (Marcelo) and without hesitation, I got to reworked the numbers. By the way, better rate as my bank offered me, and it was the same bank. Actually, as I'm writing this, I received a call from their Customer Care Rep and wanted feedback on the experience. How's that for timing? Excellent experience, no doubt. I will definitely use Flagship Motors, in particular, Franco for my next vehicle purchase, new or used, AND I live over an hour away from Lynnfield.
