Sales and service before, during and especially after the sale have been outstanding. My sales person was Rob Slocum, a very knowledgeable [and patient] person who acquainted me with all of the new model’s features and capabilities. Recently, I had an unscheduled service problem on a Saturday. Erin Crosby in Service handled the problem and put me in a loaner so I could be on time to my nephew’s wedding in Connecticut. In my haste, I left an important set of keys in my car. I contacted Rob, who was on his way to his daughter’s bridal shower. Rather than have me wait until the next day, Rob had Ken Julian, the Sales Manager, call me. Ken was kind enough to find and secure the keys and call me back to tell me he had them so I could pick them up the next day on my way back to Boston. That’s great service! Thank you. More

Great experience! I had been to multiple dealerships before going to Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield. Although, the dealership closer to my house was giving me the same I had been to multiple dealerships before going to Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield. Although, the dealership closer to my house was giving me the same price quotation as this dealership, I had chosen the Lynnfield dealership because I liked the way they did business. Ibe Ogwu and his manager were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I had custom ordered my car and while I was waiting for the car to arrive from Germany, Ibe had given me periodic status updates of the car. He used to answer his phone even during his off days. I would definitely recommend Ibe Ogwu and Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield for anyone looking to buy a car. More
Top Notch Sales Experience! Ibe has come through once again on another purchase from Flagship. This is our second Mercedes and the buying process was just as smooth if not smoother than the first. Ibe is always willing to answer questions and treats you more like a friend rather than a sale, which is VERY important to us. He is the complete opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson, and the car-buying process in general would be much improved if all salespeople were like him. Grace, Marcelo and Gil were also great with the non-sales part of the process. Grace always looks out for us and constantly tries to make every part of the deal go as smoothly as possible. Marcelo was our primary finance contact, and he was very personable and easy to deal with. Gil assisted at one point when Marcelo and Ibe were both out of the office and I had to drop off a check and inquire about a wire transfer. We will definitely be back again in the future thanks to these fine representatives of Flagship Motorcars! More

He was quick with answers when I had questions about certain features. He accommodated my requests for structuring my financing in a particular way. And he was an all-around great guy to work with. I got serviced! Recently I had some problems with the volume in my Bluetooth in my 2012 Mercedes GLK. I happened to be coming back from the airport so I called Grace Recently I had some problems with the volume in my Bluetooth in my 2012 Mercedes GLK. I happened to be coming back from the airport so I called Grace Cosco in Customer Service. Instead of saying "Make an appointment", or "Do you have an appointment?", she asked when could I bring the car in? When I said I would be coming past in about 10 minutes she said then stop in now and come see her. She had one of the techs come right out to my car and he increased the volume thru the controls. Problem solved and Grace was able to minimize my wait for the car to be done. In addition, she arranged to have the car washed. Many places say they give good customer service, but Grace and Flagship Motorcars actually get it done properly. Hats off to them! More
Great experience My wife and I stopped by one Sunday to check out a car that I had been interested in. Ryan did a very good job at answering any questions I had. After a test drive he had my old car checked out as to its value as a trade in. The offer was fair and so at the end of the day I had a new car. Since it was too late that day to take the new car home he drove it to my work place the next day where we exchanged cars (my trade-in for the new car). That's what I call service. Further, he had a LoJack installed into my new car without having me to come in to the dealer ship, very nice. More
