Mike was very friendly and easy to deal with. We originally were looking for a gently used GL450 and Mike was very helpful in the search. Flagship didn't have exactly what we wanted but Mercedes of originally were looking for a gently used GL450 and Mike was very helpful in the search. Flagship didn't have exactly what we wanted but Mercedes of Boston did, so Mike encouraged us to go there. That deal ended up not working out and I'll deal with that lousy rating another day. We went back to Mike that very night and struck a deal on a brand new GL450. Mike stayed into the late hours to close the deal and really made us feel like we were the most important customers he had. What a refreshing experience, especially after having such a lousy one just a few hours earlier. It was like night and day. The GL is amazing and we couldn't be happier. More

A young salesman approached me to see if he could help me with anything or answer any questions about any of the vehicles. What I liked was I had actually had a lot of prior knowledge to a certain used vehicle I had my eye on there for a few weeks..So here I am saying to myself lets test his knowledge on this car…I couldn't stump him….aside from being friendly knowledgable and clean cut this kid knew his product..two days past some friendly calls and interaction and I walked out with a 100k G55 AMG. No lies this has always been my goal as a your entrepreneur to buy this and I did it…start to finish sale to delivery VIP smooth as glass. More

The sales representative Justin Kloack is the ultimate professional. His knowledge of Mercedes Benz cars has no boundaries and his approach to the sales transaction makes it a comfortable process. It was also apparent that Justin has taken a holistic view of the dealership; it was clear that he had established a close working relationship with virtually every staff person in the building. For me, this established an important foundation of confidence if I ever needed assistance with my car in the future. I would speculate that Justin is destined for a higher level of administrative responsibility in the Herb Chambers organization. More
