It was a late and wet evening in October 2013, and I was preparing to leave from an appointment. The 2010 GLK 350 we owned at the time would not start. We called AAA at first, being that we have been member preparing to leave from an appointment. The 2010 GLK 350 we owned at the time would not start. We called AAA at first, being that we have been members for many years, and was let down by their roadside service being a no-show after 2 hours. I then called Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance and they had a Flagship Motors service technician call within moments and he was on scene in 20 minutes. He assessed the car, jump started it and everything seemed to check out okay at that time. I thanked him, drove the car home and let it run to charge the battery for about an hour. The next morning the car wouldn't start again. I called Flagship Motors and spoke with Service Advisor Courtney Milano who then sent a loaner car (2014 GLK350), and a flatbed tow truck directly to my house in less than two hours. Courtney called shortly after they picked up my car to let me know that the problem was likely a bad battery. It had been in the back of my mind to trade in and get a new car, and I decided now was the time to do it. Courtney then recommended a sales representative. There was some miscommunication between the sales representative and I during the transaction. At which time, I called Courtney again to vent my frustrations. She listened very well, had a solution, and she went above and beyond her service duties to ensure that the sales transaction went smoothly for me. Courtney displayed tremendous customer service skills, decisive and effective communication abilities and a positive supportive attitude throughout the entire experience. She communicated with me through every step. I will be buying another Mercedes this spring and out of the many, many Mercedes Dealerships available in the area, I would be honored to deal with Courtney again. She is excellent with service, and she would be absolutely amazing in sales. Thank you Flagship Motors for employing Courtney Milano. The entire experience was fantastic. They even have ice cream! They are very fair with their pricing and negotiating, and overall they treated me as if I was buying the brand new SLK, instead of the used C cream! Last month, my fiancée and I were looking to replace our 2005 Infiniti FX 35 with a newer one because its mileage was getting a little high and we didn't have an extended warranty for the maintenance. After a quick search on cars.com we were able to locate a 2011 with 24000 miles and two years remaining factory warranty at Flagship Motorcars in Lynnfield MA. The truck is fully loaded and has the color combinations that we wanted. Despite of our excitement and expectations, there was one piece missing to seal the deal and that piece was our knowledgeable, customer friendly and sincere product specialist Mr. Ron Arigo. To put the icing on the cake, we received an unexpected phone call from Mr. Ron two weeks after the purchase to check on us and the truck. The whole experience at Herb Chambers was spectacular. I am writing to you to give praise and accolades to your dealership and especially to Darnell Caruso Stewart, who recently sold me a 2014 GLK. I have to say that at first, I was very undecided about making dealership and especially to Darnell Caruso Stewart, who recently sold me a 2014 GLK. I have to say that at first, I was very undecided about making the transition from the C300. What had happened was, I had leased the C300 in March of 2013. I had been driving a BMW Z3 Roadster for seven years, and I turned it in and put about $3,000 down to lease a Mercedes. Because I was so used to driving a small car, I was not ready to drive anything bigger than the C300- which I truly loved driving, but when we had our first snowstorm in December, I was disappointed with my choice because it is small and close to the ground - and I didn't feel confident in the snow (although it did not slip or slide) and I realized I was finally ready to drive something bigger. So I went back to see Darnell. It was a tough decision because I had to come up with more money and my payments are higher now, and I was a little apprehensive to go through with the deal initially. I even cancelled at one point because I was so afraid of spending the extra money. But I need to feel confident about the car I am driving- especially in the snow. So I came back and I talked to Darnell and I told her about all my worries. She is a fabulous human being, beautiful inside and out- she listened to my concerns and really understood. I told her I really liked the C300 and did not want to come across as malcontented, but that I had regretted leasing a small car (even though I was not ready at the time for a bigger one.) Darnell made a very good point: Is the money more important than feeling safer and happier in the car? Once I sat in the GLK I knew I had my answer. So I went ahead with the deal and I am thrilled with the GLK. Now...here is what made it all worth every penny. Not only was I completely happy with the GLK, but when it snowed this past Thursday, I had no problem driving it at all. I felt completely safe and in control, It gets better. I came home on Thursday to my fiancé being in pain and telling me he had seen a doctor and that he needed a CT scan. I suspected it might be his appendix. Well! Friday morning he was still in pain, and worsening, and ,I needed to get him to the hospital. So we walked out to my parking space at Admirals Hill and , of course, the GLK was ensconced in over a foot of un-shoveled snow! I hardly had to struggle- it rolled right out of the space without any shoveling! It got us through the roads without a hitch, and up the steep hill up to Whidden hospital. It turned out that it was his appendix and he needed surgery right away! If I had not had the GLK there would have been no way I could have driven my fiancé to the hospital in time. He was able to get the operation he needed before his appendix burst, and the car handled flawlessly with all the scurrying around I had to do in eight degrees and in over a foot of snow! The heat works great, the seat warmers are perfect, and I feel safe! The car did not swerve even once. The tires and heavy weight of the vehicle held me steadfastly to the pavement at any speed or road condition. I felt superhuman and I truly believe that all ambulances should be Mercedes GLK's! In summary, not only did Darnell help me improve my driving experience, but she saved my fiancé's life!- (and our future) by helping me with my decision to go with the GLK. Darnell Caruso Stewart is a heroine and she saved 2014 and beyond! If I ever need to drive up to my company's NH office, I have no fears! I am so set in the GLK! I love Flagship Motorcars and all the people there- like Sharona and Nathan and Steve-and everyone in finance and service- all great people! Thank you for helping me out this past year and especially this winter. I have no regrets at all spending the extra money; I know I made the right choice!! More

He did a great job of answering all of my questions and getting back to me on follow up items. Negotiating the price of the car was also an honest and painless process. Once the purchase was done, Ted also did a great job of keeping me informed of the final prep they were doing on the car and the timing for delivery. They even did a lot of additional work on the car before delivery, like new front brakes and an oil change. I would definitely recommend Ted and Flagship to everyone. More
