Not all Mercedes dealerships are created equal. I had never been to a Mercedes dealership before Flagship, as this is my 1st Mercedes. Since then, I have had the opportunity to visit another, which is m never been to a Mercedes dealership before Flagship, as this is my 1st Mercedes. Since then, I have had the opportunity to visit another, which is much more logistically convenient. For now on I am making the trip to the much further away dealership, Flagship. The facility, staff and service up to this point in my experience has been First Class and what you'd expect from Mercedes Benz. My recommendation for salesperson is Rob Slocum. His pre-sale and post-sale attention has been above and beyond. More
The total experience was terrific. Didn't love the first car we test drove, so our salesman went over all the cars we could drive. While servicing my 2nd vehicle at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwell, the Lexus sales manager (Chip Gray) offered to introduce me to one of his counterparts (Gil Otero) at another Herb Chamber's store (Flagship Motors). Within minutes (while on the phone) Gil put a stupendous 27 month lease deal together on a 2104 E350 4matic Sport Sedan that would also pull me completely through my lease 7 months early. A few minutes later he followed up with the deal details by email. Two hours later I was in the showroom where Gil introduced me to Darnell, who took the deal the rest of the way. She is arguably one of the best sales associates I've ever had a chance to work with in over 20 car deals. Swift, efficient, thorough and personable are four words that come quickly to mind in my experience with her. While the car was getting its inspection sticker, Paul McDaniels (the GM) came over to meet and thank me. An hour later I drove away with my new car. Great deal, great people, great experience. I had a fantastic buying experience with Darnell from beginning to end. Darnell really got to know me and understood exactly what I was looking for - I was struggling between an E wagon and a Sedan and beginning to end. That was it - she found me the perfect car in the right color with everything I wanted. Since the moment I purchased the car Darnell has been in constant communication getting the car ready for pick up- she responds instantly and her friendliness is second to none. This is my second purchase of a new Mercedes from this dealership. My salesperson, Darnell Caruso-Stewart was excellent to work with. She went above and beyond what was required of her. I had a very difficult time trying to pick out exactly what I wanted and she took the time, more than once, to sit down with me and go through all of their inventory and the inventory that was within their means to acquire just to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and that the car had all of the options that I wanted. I was not the easiest person to work with as I tend to be very picky. I would email her or call her and she would return my email or my call almost immediately, even on her days off. Darnell is a very friendly, outgoing, and sincere person, someone you can trust to help you. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I love my new car! Darnell is the best! More

Headlight out ! No big deal, drop into the dealer, as few human hands can change the LH Low Beam on an E350 2011! On the way to turning into the dealer, a truck drops a bag with paint cans (latex) in a few human hands can change the LH Low Beam on an E350 2011! On the way to turning into the dealer, a truck drops a bag with paint cans (latex) in a "taupe beige" {as my wife pointed out} and painted the passenger side of our silver MB. Greeted by Nathan Haugh as if I was a lost friend. Gathered his team, they removed the paint, cleaned the car for a great price and replaced headlight bulb under warranty. "While you are here, I see you have a service coming up and a recommended transmission oil change. I have one of my best guys here (on a Saturday!) and he is available. We can get this done while you are here and have you on your way by 5:00". We also were going to look at a new GLK and run some errands. While we were looking at the GLK, he pulled up a GLK loaner car and had a brochure on the front seat. We got our errands run, paint removed, maintenance done and drove home knowing where we would buy our next Mercedes Benz! What would have been a warranty low beam bulb turned into a great experience and a revenue item for the dealer, all because Nathan really cared and treated us very well. Thank you to Nathan and his team. Great job ..... but not surprising at this dealership! More
