The car buying experience at the Mercedes Flagship dealership is far superior to any other dealership in the area. Our sales person Steve Schepici was fair, honest and professional throughout the entire buying process. The level of customer service he provided was greater than we ever could have expected. While everyone knows the car buying process is lengthy, we have a young child and were concerned about being home in time for our Nanny and getting dinner as well. We ordered pizza when we thought we were just about finished but things ran on a little more than anticipated. Steve went and picked up our dinner for us, so we could get home to our daughter! The service didn't even stop there. The car we chose was not available at the time of purchase as it was en route. He called us daily to give updates and made sure that we got the vehicle as soon as possible. When it arrived he gave us an extensive description of its features and made sure we were comfortable with all of the technology it offered. He welcomed us to contact him with any questions we might have about the car in the future. Additionally, he both called and emailed to make sure we were satisfied with the car and to answer any questions we might have. Steve takes great pride in the cars he sells and we were so happy with the experience, the price and the service we decided to get the same car for my father. We truly look forward to working with Steve again and the future and we will continue to recommend his services to all of our friends and family! More

Stay away for herb chambers and flagship motors. They made a $1040 mistake and didn't tell me until I went to pick up the van, I signed all the paper work, they sent me for lunch while they register the made a $1040 mistake and didn't tell me until I went to pick up the van, I signed all the paper work, they sent me for lunch while they register the van, 2hrs later they call me and tell me they don't have a title and I can not pick up the van today (Wednesday) they said they need to get the old owner to sign it and then they need to pay it off, they said I should have it that Friday, Friday turned into Monday. On Monday when it did not come it turned into Tuesday, Tuesday turned into Wednesday. For this title issue they gave me back $600 and at this point they admit the $1040 error was their fault and they would cover that as well. Now I get in the van and notice I have a tpms light on. I bring that to their attention they reset it and say it is fine. I also notice the odometer says 23k miles, I was almost certain that it had 18k when I bought it and signed the odometer statement. I bring it to their attention and brush it off saying it was not possible. When I get home I go over my paper work and I look at the odometer statement I signed and it states 18k miles. after talking to them they agree to pay me $1000 for the difference in mileage. At this point the tpms came back on and the headlight they replaced before I bought it was never adjusted and was pointing at the ground (unsure how it passed a safety inspection. They quickly resolve those problem and I am on my way again. A few days later I notice the tpms on again and the light for the diesel exhaust fluid is now on and two of the cargo lights are not working. This time they come and pick it up. They find the tpms keeps coming on because their was a nail in the tire, they fill the exhaust fluid and only fix one of the two cargo lights. At this point I give up with dealing with them. They also paid for the van to get detailed since they failed to do that $400 and gave me a free oil change in hopes I will come back their for service. Stay away this place is awful. More

We had looked at the same vehicle at another dealership but we felt very comfortable with Steve and the Flagship staff and we decided that we would be buying from only Flagship. I attempted to purchase a car from this dealer on line. I was told I could buy the car by Craig. I was making arrangements to get it and was called back and told by Michael that they had someone else interes was told I could buy the car by Craig. I was making arrangements to get it and was called back and told by Michael that they had someone else interested in the car & he wanted to get it into Septembers numbers. The following day I still saw it on line. I called and was told it was available. Then I was told to hold on and was told they had a deposit from someone else out of state. I tried to put a deposit the day before. Seams like they are trying to pull a bait and switch. They price a car low then wont sell it to you. Complete waste of time. Dishonest dealer, run! More

While walking through the sales floor, considering the trade in and purchase of a new vehicle, I was approached by Ibe Ogwu, who very kindly and unobtrusively greeted me and offered assistance if needed - trade in and purchase of a new vehicle, I was approached by Ibe Ogwu, who very kindly and unobtrusively greeted me and offered assistance if needed - no pressure, no aggressive sales tactics, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed immediately. Once I was prepared to make inquiries, braving the heat of a very warm summer day, Ibe patiently accompanied me while I viewed the available models on the expansive lot. He remained very patient even when having to repeat the same process with my husband who had joined us. Ibe was most accomodating and took the time to ensure that we found the perfect vehicle (features and price). Making a major purchase can be a stressful experience, but Ibe transformed it into a very pleasant experience. He shared our excitement when the car was delivered and took as much time as necessary to acquaint me with the new features and to provide guidance using the on-line tools for in-depth demonstrations. I highly recommend Flagship Motors and Ibe Ogwu! Because of the outstanding service provided by this dealership, this is our 4th purchase from Flagship Motors over the years; we look forward to our continuing relationship. More

I consider myself a very picky consumer, Steve quickly became aware of this, and was very adamant in exceeding my needs (I changed the car and options I wanted over a dozen times). His world class customer service and hospitality deserves the highest recognition, I am proud to say I will be purchasing my future vehicles specifically through Steve, there is no reason for me to work with anyone else. But I have always been partial to Mercedes and after some research I learned that Flagship Motors in Lynnfield, MA got very high ratings. I was not disappointed. My initial contact at Flagship was with Ken Julian, Sales Manager, who assigned TJ Jayasekera to work out the details for a purchase. First, Ken Julian will do practically anything to work with you to find a car you want. He has a very engaging personality and a no nonsense approach to a deal. Then, TJ is a consummate Mercedes sales representative, not "a car salesman." He worked with me to select a new 2014 Mercedes GL450 with the appropriate options. TJ is very patient and understands the process that a customer goes through in finalizing a commitment to purchase a car with a high six figure price. The entire purchasing process was very satisfying. Flagship gets five stars. More
