Darnell is a gracious and polished sales associate. Darnell helped us with the purchase of two vehicles; in September 2012, we bought a 2008 C 300 AWD for our son and in May 2013, we bought a new GKL 250 Blu Tec, which had to be ordered. She kept us well informed in a timely manner about the arrival time of our car at the dealership. She also managed to get my insurance company (USAA) to issue the discount certificates for my 2013 GLK 250. Darnell really goes the "Extra Mile" to assist her customers in getting the best deal. Purchased a used MB E class. My salesperson Justin Kloack was very helpful and professional. He answered all questions and was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. Mr Otero was unprofessional in questioning my honesty regarding what I paid for my trade. I answered honestly and Mr. Otero's response was quite unprofessional and rude. This response from him was completely unnecessary as it had no effect on the value of my trade in. I also dealt with General Manager Charles Saghbini who professionally handled the closing of the sale. All in all with the exception of Mr. Otero the buying experience was good. More
