Nikola was very helpful on the day i picked up the vehicle. He went above and beyond showing me everything i would need to know about the vehicle and how to use everything inside. He even set up my phone and connected it to the iphone system inside the vehicle. I will keep going back to this dealership in the future. Everyone that works there is great. More
There are other Mercedes dealerships that are closer in proximity, but I drove the extra distance to Flagship because of the Sales people. They are truly different. Julialisa went the extra mile to help me narrow down the vehicle and then worked relentlessly with her management to make the deal work for me. Once the deal was done, it was a joy to have Nikola take me through the details of the car which I knew most details about already. But he picked up the right details to show me and then dropped off the car. This type of enthusiasm from start to finish makes the whole experience better and this dealership is truly different from the rest. Consistency - this was my second purchase at this dealership. The experience the second time around was just as great as the first one. Typically, what I see even in high end dealerships is when the Sales Director or the Finance team takes over. I detest the inexperienced all-knowing attitude when the deal goes to numbers and negotiations and few dealers realize the off-putting negative vibe they give out at this stage, but this has never been the case with Flagship. Peace of mind - yes, I'm not being paid to say this, but there hasn't been an instance when I've had to worry about that here. I do take care of my vehicles, but this is another reason I make the drive instead of going to couple of others that are closer to me. Lastly, I never do write ups but have to give credit where credit's due. More

When I deciced to buy a new car I shoped around for over a month. Flagship was the second dealer I visited. Darnell Kelly was the sales person who greeted me. I felt very comfortable with her. I felt no pressure.She also educated me in the possibility of leasing.I continude my search for a good few weeks,while keeping in touch with Darnell with a million questions. I finally made my decision and feel very good about doing so. Darnell was a pivitol part in that decision. She has a very real way about her. Most sales people have an underlying ayre of desperation. Darnell has none of that. She made me comfortable and will recomend her to all who ask's "where did you buy your car"? More

The rep I dealt with (Darnell) was fantastic she was very thorough on following up with me but was not over the top. I purchased the car prior to her vacation and she actually even took the time to reach out to me during her vacation to make sure things were line for the delivery which was the day she returned. Even though it was her day off when she returned she insisted on coming in to deliver the car to me which was a very nice gesture. My overall experience with Flagship was first class and would recommend them to anyone. More
Let me start with I never do surveys! But, after the service we got I knew I had to complete this one. I felt so welcomed from the minute I stepped into the dealership. The finance department stayed late and didn't rush me, answered all questions about the available extras. Darnel has stayed in touch with me making sure I happy with my vehicle. I am very happy with my decision to buy a mercedes from the service I got right down to the price I paid! I would highly recommend Darnell and the whole Flagship dealership to my family and friends! After a very negative experience at a Toyota dealership in Peabody, my husband and I barely make our appointment at Flagship Motorcars. The difference in service was noticeable immediately! We were greeted by the receptionist, then offered cold drinks or coffee by Sharona before she went to get Nick. We were greeted in a friendly manner by all employees we walked past, as Nick led us to the smartcar showroom. He did not pressure us, interrogate us, or make us feel uncomfortable, as we had felt at Toyota. We expressed our desire to test drive the smartcar and in minutes we were taking turns behind the wheel, with Nick as our happy passenger. We decided to buy the brand new Passion Cabriolet on the showroom floor and set up arrangements to pay for the car and pick it up. While we were going over paperwork, etc, I mentioned that I was hungry and seconds later, Nick pulled out a wonderful snack from his desk and shared with my husband and me. Really, he could not have been any nicer. We wanted an alarm put on the car, and Nick managed to have it put in the next business day! Nick took the time to explain every feature of the car, and then, when I picked it up, he took the time to review the manual and the car's specific features. He even patiently waited while I set the clock! Mark made the paperwork easy as could be and was friendly and cordial to work with. He managed to chat with me while he printed out the necessary paperwork. Such a nice man! Nick saw to it that my trade-in was taken care of, and that my car was inspected and insured, all in a very short time. I even made it home in time to pick up my daughter from school. Overall, I would highly recommend Flagship Motorcars to anyone seeking an excellent car-buying experience. And, I LOVE my smartcar! More

Thankfully, Darnell is not cut from the common cloth of car sales representatives and does not seem interested in wasting anyone’s time with “sales pitch conversation”. She is succinct but knowledgeable and understands how valuable time is. Darnell seems to care more about being an honest than simply selling a car. Honesty is what would bring me back, not simply buying a car. If and when I need a new car I would not hesitate to call Darnell. Buying a new car can be a daunting task and to have someone like Darnell as your representative is comforting. I am sure that she will continue to make the "car buying experience" a pleasurable one. The product specialist Darnell Kelley was friendly and most ancious to assists and let me test drive the car so that I could feel comfortable that this was the vechile that would meet my needs. Gil Otero, the business manager was also professional and helpful. I drove 185 miles from Conn to make a deal, and it was worth it. Excellant value in your pricing, and good people in the dealership made it a pleasant experience. Based on what I observed I understand why Herb Chambers has become so successful. First car I ever bought thru a web search, and I feel it was a better way, I knew the price and info before I walked in and that puts the buyer in a more comfortable frame of mind. More
