I was not looking forward to buying a car. Every experience in the past (at other dealers) was horrible. I considered cancelling my appointment to look at a 2009 Nissan Murano. Within 2 minutes of m experience in the past (at other dealers) was horrible. I considered cancelling my appointment to look at a 2009 Nissan Murano. Within 2 minutes of meeting Darnell, all my fears and anxieties VANISHED. She could not have been better. From the test drive to picking up the car 2 days later, she worked hard at making this a great experience. Gil was also great in the finance department. Thank you again Darnell. Nick is an excellent service advisor and there is no better MB Tech than John Dunleavy as far as I'm concerned. Nick always takes his time with me and is very patient. When we first moved to the area we had 2 vehicles serviced here, a 2002 E430 and a 1999 E320 both 4 matic. Darnell went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. She went out of her way to get the VIN check completed, wait in a long line at the DMV to register our vehicle, and then deliver the ca service.
