I was not looking forward to buying a car. Every experience in the past (at other dealers) was horrible. I considered cancelling my appointment to look at a 2009 Nissan Murano. Darnell went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. She went out of her way to get the VIN check completed, wait in a long line at the DMV to register our vehicle, and then deliver the ca service.
