As an on-going Lease Customer of Flagship MB (2 cars leased in a row), I received a mailer invite to their Customer appreciation day for Saturday 3/26/10. My wife and I were leasing an MB C-Class and t leased in a row), I received a mailer invite to their Customer appreciation day for Saturday 3/26/10. My wife and I were leasing an MB C-Class and the lease was scheduled to expire at the end of 2011, so we were interested in checking out new year models of MB, particularly the ML-Class SUV, to gage pricing. We were not thinking of making a deal Saturday, but Frank, the Sales Manager, indicated it was a great time to look at an ML Lease and he would work the numbers to make it worth our while. I must mention that Frank worked with us on our last lease and was extremely friendly and professional then, and always made a point to say hello in my subsequent visits for service appts. Frank introduced us to Jim Estabrook, one of the MB Sales Staff members, and after a few questions to learn about our preferences, had us test drive an ML-350. Jim was very knowledgable about the ML and answered the great number of questions we had during our test drives, providing thorough, insightful answers and offering additional information that was helpful in giving us perspective. From there, Frank had developed numbers for us, based even upon info (Money down)from our last deal with them, that were well within our range. When we negotiated a better downpayment, Frank agreed and we struck a deal. Jim was very professional and straightforward through the process. When we finalized the paperwork with Mark, one of the Finance Managers, Mark was very professional, clear, and thorough in explaining the details of the paperwork we signed and quickly worked through the process. The entire experience for us was excellent, we did not wait an inordinate amount of time, we were treated professionally, and we felt as thought the staff appreciated us as long time customers. Honestly, we were considering NOT returning to MB/Flagship, because we were thinking about trying a different model such as BMW (our other car is a BMW), who do not charge exhorbitant service prices, but Flagship now offers a service package on their leases that is incorporated into the lease price, that is essentially what BMW does anyway. I had a great experience in December 2010 for my last service scheduled for the C-Class, and I feel the service dept. has improved at Flagship recently. Flagship has really improved their efforts to provide a best in class overall customer experience and we are pleased to remain customers. A final point, as an HR professional, I took notice that many of the sales staff and Finance staff are long-time employees of the Chambers Auto group, Jim for example has been a Chambers employee for over 5 years. Also, Gil Otero, Finance manager who worked with us previously and remembered me on sight on Saturday, has been with them for 13 years, this is a point not to be taken lightly in an industry known for high employee turnover - Herb Chambers Company fosters long term career tracks, happier employees are more professional, and leads to an overall great experience for customers. More
Called on Mon March 28th for a routine service....Gave em an immediate appointment for Tues March 29 at 8.00AM....Arrived on time and was taken immediately ...I elected to wait and was told service would tak an immediate appointment for Tues March 29 at 8.00AM....Arrived on time and was taken immediately ...I elected to wait and was told service would take about 1 1/2 hrs.......My car was ready and washed in 62 minutes......Can't get much better than that! I brought my car to Flagship today with a few annoying problems. The alerts for my windshield washer, tire pressure and rear left tail lamp keep coming on. Nick the service advisor was excellent! Accepted my expired coupon. Got an oil change and they went above and beyond to replace my lug nuts replace and wash my care and was in an out in 45 minutes.
