Horrible Experience I had to get my car serviced for something broken in the car. So I had called them and I had driven down 40 miles to the dealership to get my car fixe I had to get my car serviced for something broken in the car. So I had called them and I had driven down 40 miles to the dealership to get my car fixed. The service consultant saw me and sent me back home because there was nobody to fix my car that day. He did not call me or contact me in any manner whatsoever beforehand, I had called him but it got sent to voicemail and he did not contact me back. When at the dealership, all the other customers were told when their car was ready but I had to periodically go back and ask him whether it was ready or not. He spoke to me from his desk and said it was and that it was outside. Other customers had their service consultant walk to them and led them outside. I have never been treated this way at a dealership let alone a Mercedes one, neither had any of my friends. They were appalled when they heard how xxxxty the customer service was at Flagship despite the fact that they eventually fixed the car (2 weeks later). I am now looking for another dealership to service my car. The way I was treated led me to assume that maybe it was because I was younger or that I was of a different ethnicity than the other customers that I was treated differently. Either way, I won't be returning for any more services from Flagship. More
Ripped off twice Blind spot monitor not working so I took my car in to get it fixed under warranty. The invoice clearly stated the problem was in the electronics associated with the monitor, which is covered under warranty, but Flagship refused to honor the warranty claiming that it was a problem with the glass in the right rear view mirror, not under warranty, and charged me $415. The only mention of glass in the invoice was that the tech had to replace the mirror glass because the faulty LED is apparently embedded in it. That was the second rip off from this dealership. At a prior service I had requested a tire rotation, (for which they charged me $60!) and then told me the tires were bad and needed replacement. They could have at least called me to let me know that the tires were bad and ask if I still wanted them rotated. In both instances I think my service advisor, Al Swirka, wanted to do the right thing but was caught between me and the dealership. More

I have brought my car for regular maintenance few times. Last time my car was hit and my window shield was broken. Not only I didn't get an apology but also the service manager "Michale" screamed at me in front of everyone. I was yelled at, humiliated and my car was not eventually serviced. I have tried to get in touch with the general manager Paul for few times. I complained to Mercedes benz USA and I'll keep complaining and doing everything in my power until I get the apology that I deserve. I do not want any compensation I only want an apology.
