Above and beyond I never usually bring my car to the dealership because of previous experience with another dealership; but in this case i had to. The associate that assisted me not only made me feel as an elite customer but went above and beyond to help me with my car. After a simple request of a navigation update for whatever reason the car install did not fully work. Phi and the flagship team were determined to solve the matter. In the meantime they accommodated me with one of their courtesy vehicles until the problem was solved. Always received updates from him up until pick up, thank you for the technical upgrade done on my car and the best of it all was that it cost me $0. Thank you again Phi and team! Mr. Garcia More

Making Good My wife had taken our GL450 into the Flagship service center to have a slow leak repaired in the right rear tire. My wife also mentioned to the servic My wife had taken our GL450 into the Flagship service center to have a slow leak repaired in the right rear tire. My wife also mentioned to the service consultant that our family would be leaving for a 240 mile trip to Maine that weekend and we wanted to make certain that we would not have any tire issues. The tire was plugged by the service dept. and my wife was on her way. By the way, she did not have an appointment and had to be somewhere else. Our vehicle was still taken in and she was on her way within her specified time frame as promised by Phi Hoang. On the way to Maine that same tire had deflated. I had to remove the tire and have it repaired locally in Maine. The plug was leaking and had to be re-done. I sent an email to the Flagship service dept. explaining the situation and had asked that the money I paid Flagship for the tire repair be credited towards a future oil change. I received a prompt response from Grace Cosco in both email and voicemail telling me that I would be provided a free oil change to make up for the tire plug misfortune. This made me very happy. In this day and age, it is refreshing to see a car dealer stick with old fashioned customer service and actually abide by their mission statement. Yes, this company actually delivers on it's mission statement. More
Mall Car I bought the "Mall Car".. I was shopping at the North Shore Mall in Peabody and saw a Mercedes with all the options I wanted! After going back three I bought the "Mall Car".. I was shopping at the North Shore Mall in Peabody and saw a Mercedes with all the options I wanted! After going back three times to look at it, my husband suggested I go to Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield to inquire about it. My salesman was Paulie. I have never met a salesman that was so knowledgeable about a vehicle as he is. He made me feel very comfortable and it was fun to buy a vehicle!! When I told him I might be interested in "The Mall Car" Adam overheard us and joined in. The whole experience was awesome! We had a lot of laughs and I now have a beautiful car! Also, Adam was able to actually let me drive my car out of the mall! How is that for taking delivery of a new car! More
