Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield is not just a Mercedes dealership -- It is a trusted brand where you are taken care of from end to end, no matter what. There are many examples . . . I drive my car in for service and I am met by 2 - 3 men. The first person takes my car to the service department, another person escorts me to his office where he quickly fills out a form, verifies my license, and shows me a brand-new courtesy car. A third person introduces me to Steven Lopes, a highly valued and trusted authority, who answers all my questions regarding work to be done on my Mercedes, and then I happily depart. What's not to love?
