As usual, my service rep Renan pleasantly and competently handled my visit occasioned by the appearance of my car’s engine light which appeared the previous day. I had walked in without an appointment because l either wanted the problem remedied or assured it was ok to make an appointment for a later date. As luck would have it, my car was fixed while I waited a not unreasonable amount of time in the dealer’s spacious lounge with nearby coffee, snacks, magazines , newspapers and a tv tuned low enough to enjoy reading on my iPad. As soon as he was aware of the timing, Renan explained the problem that had been discovered and the approximate time I could expect to drive away with my car fully repaired. When the car was ready, Renan appeared with my key and the good news that all was taken care of. Renan always makes sure I am fully aware of how the car’s problem is being handled in his usual calm and patient manner. He answers all my questions and makes each visit I’ve had to the dealership’s service department as relaxing and pleasant as such a visit can be. More

I’m not always comfortable when dealing with the service department. I always feel that I don’t matter to them because of the way I am talked to. There is one exception, and that person is Jonathan. Number one best dealership hands down. Friendly. I drive all the way from Lowell to bring my car to this dealership only. There a Benz dealer in Burlington and Haverhill, which is closer t Friendly.
