This was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. Once the sale was complete, it felt like I no longer mattered. The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer service was unbelie had. Once the sale was complete, it felt like I no longer mattered. The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic customer service was unbelievable. I had to spend three days tracking someone down just to find out if my license plates had arrived. No one called, emailed, or texted with an update—I had to do all the work myself. Every time I reached out, I was either ignored or passed around without getting a clear answer. Buying a car is a major purchase, and I expected at least a minimal level of professionalism after the sale. Instead, I was left feeling like the dealership only cared about getting my money and had no interest in taking care of their customers afterward. If you’re considering buying a car here, be prepared to chase people down for even the simplest requests. I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t be recommending this dealership to anyone. More
