Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Martin,          I'm so glad to hear you found our dealership clean, your check-in experience easy, and generally an excellent experience.  With that being said, I sincerely apologize that the cost of your oil change left you feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. While the labor portion of the service hasn't changed in years, I completely understand your concern about the significant increases in oil prices due to tariffs, geo-political issues, and the overall cost of just about everything over the last few years. It can be especially expensive on vehicles like your RS5 which is a very high performance engine and calls for some extra time and parts. I know that these rising prices can be difficult, and I never want our customers to feel that they aren’t receiving good value for the services they purchase. I know that the VW Auto Group is actively looking to decrease the cost of parts as we speak across all of their brands, and I’m hopeful that the manufacturer will eventually be able to make some changes to the specialty oil and components they require us to use allowing us to pass those savings along to the customers.  I apologize again for the frustration, and I truly appreciate you sharing your concerns with us.
