Lainie Schwartz, who answered my call stated that they were receiving some in December but wouldnt share any info unless I came in. I made the appt and wasted two hours with her and her rude manager, Raphael Ferrer. They tried to sell me a used one instead and tried to lie that no 2021 models were coming in and that they were not receiving any cars in December. And stated that all dealerships were lying about receiving the car. As unpleasant as it was to deal with unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest people like you who told me to "go drive my BMW until I am ready to pay the asking price" on your overpriced used car, your unprofessional demeanor made me do more research the next day and I found a brand new 2021 A7 on the lot of Audi Naperville.I was the owner of that beautiful car 3 days later.
