We knew that we could not get on the highway with the tire malfunction, so we found the nearest Mercedes Benz Dealership to our hotel. It was the day after Christmas when we arrived at Fetcher Jones Imports about 6:45am, at 7:00am we were greeted by Sandy Wolff, from the Service Department. The service we thought would cost us a lot of money, turned out to be minimal. We were shown to the customer lounge were we had coffee and bagels while we waited on our car to be repaired, once the work was done, our car was washed and we were on our way. We arrived home safely on that same day. Thank you Mercedes Benz. More
