Disrespectful, pompous & slow. Very disappointed with Josh Sutton & Fletcher Jones. I arrive to get an oil change for my S550 & am led into Josh's office, he's on the phone and does Very disappointed with Josh Sutton & Fletcher Jones. I arrive to get an oil change for my S550 & am led into Josh's office, he's on the phone and doesn't acknowledge me. After several minutes on the phone he looks up and says can I help you and acted bothered and as if he was doing me a favor and bothered by my presence. Terrible service all the way around and their "express oil change" took 3 hours. Avoid this dealership & go somewhere that values your business and patronage. More
