My wife andI have been dealing with Fletcher Jones Imports for over 11 years. We have purchased every vehicle through one salesMAN, REX Babin, and his service has been superb. We would not consider dealing with any other sales person, but him. We have purchased 5 vehicles over the years with Rex as the salesman and we have been extremely happy with every vehicle and the purchasing experience. Rex is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, capable, and helpful. When he says he will perform a service or get back to us with information, he ALWAYS has. Our most recent purchase was a 2013 Smart car. We love it and it functions perfectly. We feel Rex was the key to sealing the deal for our purchase. As usual, he was very knowledgeable. Doris and Rene did a terrific job with the financial aspects and the vehicle operational presentation. For our previous purchases, which were M and S Class Mercedes, Maxine Linihan handled the financial issues and was superb. Since purchasing our first Mercedes at Fletcher Jones Imports in 2001, we have used the dealer's facility for maintenance and repair services, and we are extremely satisfied. We would not consider letting anyone else handle repair services. Dennis Eich has been our service consultant for years and we feel his is the best in the business. He knows the vehicles, adjusts service schedules to our schedules, moves the vehicles quickly and efficiently, and provides superb quality service. He has NEVER let us down and we have never brought one of our vehicles back for the same repair service. His recommendations on driving and systems operation have saved us financially and have allowed us to drive our vehicles for many years safely and with confidence that they will perform perfectly. Owning an S Class Mercedes is wonderful, but having the confidence in knowing that it is in top notch mechanical condition is key to maintaining a high quality of safety when we drive the vehicles anywhere. When I have talked to friends about our vehicles and how well they are maintained, our friends line up requesting to purchase our vehicles when we are in the market to purchase a new replacement vehicle. They know that ours are well maintained and in terrific shape. We attribute this to the Mercedes Service Team at Fletcher Jones Imports. More
