This is my 3rd leased car from Steve Kaplan and I could not imagine going anywhere else. He and his team are wonderful. My lease was near expiration and I was waiting for the 2012s to arrive. Steve had mentioned several months back that the CLS 550 had an all new body style and it would be worth the wait. Dave called me the day the 1st one arrived and said they'd hold it for me to come take a look at. Loved it the minute I saw it - perfect color combination and extras. And the whole negotiation and finance process is so effortless. They took care of everything in a matter on minutes. Brenda Mills is so knowledgeable about the entire package - she walked me through all the car's features with such ease. She also offered to help me transfer over my Sirius account to my new car so I wouldn't be stuck on the phone with them. We were amazed to sign, seal, and deliver a new car within an hour! Even with the two week delay, Jay was very good about keeping us informed as to the status of our car. Especially Dave Fast (welcome back) and Joshua. Because of that I am looking at possibly either selling my other vehicle or trading it in and leasing a Mercedes from your dealership. I am definitely keeping my CLK 500, but I like having two vehicles. Again, love the service and the courtesy that is extended by your staff. I will never buy a mercedes in las vegas soley based on the treatment I received at this dealership. I now own 2 BMWs because they have given me exceptional service and much better financing. The Fletcher Jones dealership located on Sahara is first class. It is always clean and has easy check-in and check-out. The "customer waiting" area is very pleasant and well-equipped to make customers feel comfortable. The Sahara location is a vast improvement over their old location on Rancho. The service personnel we come into contact with are always pleasant and anxious to assist. We highly recommend Fletcher Jones to others. And, if they can get Dave Fast as their Service Advisor, it would be a double win. More
