We were amazed to sign, seal, and deliver a new car within an hour! Even with the two week delay, Jay was very good about keeping us informed as to the status of our car. As always the service and employees are above expectations. I am always made to feel welcome, and the staff listens to my concerns and is able to address and handle my requests. Especially Dave Fast (welcome back) and Joshua. Because of that I am looking at possibly either selling my other vehicle or trading it in and leasing a Mercedes from your dealership. I am definitely keeping my CLK 500, but I like having two vehicles. Again, love the service and the courtesy that is extended by your staff. The Fletcher Jones dealership located on Sahara is first class. It is always clean and has easy check-in and check-out. The "customer waiting" area is very pleasant and well-equipped to make customers feel comfortable. The Sahara location is a vast improvement over their old location on Rancho. The service personnel we come into contact with are always pleasant and anxious to assist. We highly recommend Fletcher Jones to others.
