He was a true professional from the moment we we "limped in" from Red Rock Canyon; j We are so happy we found Brendan at your Sprinter service center. He was a true professional from the moment we we "limped in" from Red Rock Canyon; just the second day of our two week vacation. Not only did he and his staff efficiently find the problem, they made us feel confident that their work was top notch! After a few experiences at service centers, we could tell Brendan was an expert in all aspects of Sprinters. Brendan was welcoming, reassuring, efficient and kind. As out-of-towners, we wish we could replicate Brendan to our local service dealer. You truly have a valuable asset in Brendan! We need more employees and people like him in these hectic times. More
Part B plus other things We have been dealing with Dave Fest for many years. He has always got us in when needed and understands when we need to wait on a repair. We find him We have been dealing with Dave Fest for many years. He has always got us in when needed and understands when we need to wait on a repair. We find him to always be on the up and up regarding the Mercedes. He explains why we need something done. We always leave there with the car looking good . The only thing I don’t understand is why I have waited for years for the airbags that were recalled because this is the reason we bought a Mercedes.. for safety. Dave checks it out to see if they are in yet but we feel this is an urgent recall that could destroy a life. No recall should take this many years. I have spoken to the manufacturer of these airbags and they told me to write them a letter to expedite the process. I don’t think the problem is Dave Fest but I do believe Mercedes needs to have answer to this problem after about five letters, numerous phone calls to the manufacturer and they throw it back on the dealership not being more urgent to solve this safety problem. I have letters from about four years back. It does not seem right. Other than the paragraph above we are extremely satisfied with our rep. Dave Fest but would like answers regarding a time frame about about the airbags especially when we already have medical issues in the family and need no accidents without the protection of knowing we have safety that we paid for eight years ago. More
