Great Service is the standard at Fletcher Jones Imports Just returning to the Las Vegas valley after 4 years in Honolulu, my vehicle arrived from the port in Long Beach with a dead battery. I went to pick Just returning to the Las Vegas valley after 4 years in Honolulu, my vehicle arrived from the port in Long Beach with a dead battery. I went to pick it up from the delivery service and was told not to turn it off or I'd be in need of a tow truck. I immediately took the vehicle into Fletcher Jones and Dave Fast, my Service Advisor when I previously lived in Las Vegas, took very good care of me. He quickly took my vehicle in, replaced the battery, and cleaned it to my satisfaction. I'll be in the market for a new Mercedes Benz later this year, and service like this is what keeps me a loyal customer. Thank you Dave! More

Clarification Had my car in for "B" service yesterday (Aug 21, 2018). John S. was on vacation so Dave Fast took care of me. Everything was great except the billin Had my car in for "B" service yesterday (Aug 21, 2018). John S. was on vacation so Dave Fast took care of me. Everything was great except the billing part. When I received the repair estimate, the price for the Flex B was $410 but when I came to pay it was much higher. Also, why am I receiving promotional discount for a car I no longer have. I have a $125 discount that I cannot use because it was for the other car that I traded in 2 years ago. More
