Thank you sharing about your experience. When you brought your Mercedes-Benz to us the first time, it was for routine maintenance; the second visit was for a check engine light. We determined that the aftermarket exhaust system, that was recently installed by another shop, may be an issue. Our recommendation was to replace the exhaust system with factory authorized parts, which you declined. We did not hear from you again until this November when you, again, came in for routine maintenance, and again, were having an exhaust system issue. We take responsibility for our work and document any/all diagnostics and recommendations. We cannot be held responsible for work done by other mechanics or shops. We have made efforts to reach you and assist in determining the causes and attempt to fix your vehicle. You have declined. In an effort to show good faith, we are refunding your most recent repair and hope that you are able to resolve your issues another way. Krista Alshouse Business Development Manager
