On a journey from Reno NV to Ft Worth TX, our diesel Mercedes Sprinter RV started to give us unexpected power surges and dashboard warning messages. We had experienced a warning messages prior to leaving Reno and had brought it to our local dealership. Without even giving it a diagnostic reading, the service advisor assured us it was just a "blip" in performance and nothing to worry about. He was wrong and, if not for the above-and-beyond care of Service Consultant Cal Granieri and crew, it would have caused us to miss our grandson's high school graduation in Ft Worth. We spent a night in a nearby hotel while they kept the RV in their service bay hooked up to electrical power so the food in the RV's refrigerator would not spoil. Early the next morning, warranty parts were brought in and within five hours we were back on the highway. Great guys with great big hearts.
