Fletcher Jones Imports - Service Center

My Service Adviser, Dennis Eich, is exactly the reason I return to the dealership (Fletcher Jones Imports, West Sahara) for all service and maintenance needs for our 2010 GLK 350. I know I could save a doll return to the dealership (Fletcher Jones Imports, West Sahara) for all service and maintenance needs for our 2010 GLK 350. I know I could save a dollar or two here and there on oil changes etc, but I can not put a price on trust, piece of mind and dedication to the customer. In this instance, I backed into my garage door jamb and took the passenger side rear view mirror. Dennis was quick to help me overcome my feelings of foolishness and reassured me repairs could be be done quickly. Dennis was on top of the parts order, paint shop involvement and scheduling so I could put this embarrassing episode in my rear view mirror! I hope I'll never need this type of help again but you can rest assured because of people like Dennis, the technician and the body shop, who all worked together to deliver an excellent customer experience and finished product, Fletcher Jones Imports on West Sahara is the only resource I use for my GLK 350. John was informative, efficient, and did not try to "sell" me--great customer service. Some dealers would try to "forward sell" (try to get you to replace something sooner than when you need).
