I have been dealing with Fletcher Jones since 2008 and have bought two cars there. I bought an E 550 in 2008 and an E 450 in 2018. My service advisors Ryan Cross, who is no longer there and LaRoyne Brown was/is exceptional. LaRoyne does everything within his power to make sure his client/customer is satisfied with the service received. I applaud him for this. More
