Exceptional and Professional Service Miguel and Steve did an exceptional service on my 2016 sprinter. Had an employee pump gasoline into the diesel fuel tank on a Friday evening. Had the sprinter towed to their West Sahara location and even though they were busy, they were able to get me out within 3 hours. I had prior arrangements to use the sprinter for the next several days, and since it was a Saturday, they saved my business lots of time and money. Thank you gentlemen!! More

GREAT DEARLERSHIP POOR CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE The dealership under the control and leadership of my service advisor John Sarantidis is tops. Your contracted call centers scheduling service perform The dealership under the control and leadership of my service advisor John Sarantidis is tops. Your contracted call centers scheduling service performance is poor so poor that it is not worth rating and only comment I provide is walk out fire them and/of fire the GM who runs the dealership. Customer service at Walmart is better than what your call centers provide. Your who ever answers the phones need to be trained in customer service. They are abrupt, don't listen to you, and forward your call to the call center and circus starts full circle again. What is also happening now with call centers the person answering the phone gives you their wrong name so their poor customer service cannot be tracked. The sad part of business today is some employees give it 100% to satisfy customers and management on top specially the GM the so called leader don't care, are lazy, or may be incompetent. You have a problem. Fix the problem. Most of the time the fix is change top leadership. More
