This is my first Mercedes (S Class) car which I bought out of town (in Arizona), it is pre owned and still under warranty, I drove it a few hundred miles and noticed some issues with the panorama roof (whistling noise), I took it in for service and was greeted by Danielle Kerley. She handled everything promptly, some parts were needed, they were ordered, car went in for service and a brand new E Class was loaned to me while my car was finished. More
