Marvin Ledesma was the first one to respond; he was persistent yet patient, friendly and helpful (and funny too!), responsive via email at all hours of the day/night, and… he gave me the BEST DEAL! I never thought that leasing a car could actually be such a painless process, but Marvin was able to make it an enjoyable and pleasurable experience. Marvin came in on his day off to meet with me and let me test drive the car (even though I had already test driven a GLK at my local dealer, I had wanted to test drive the actual car I was going to go home with, and Marvin cheerfully complied). Marvin really went above and beyond to make sure that the whole process ran smoothly and that we were happy with our decision. Working with Kuya Nonoy is not really considered "working," instead you can call it like a "walk in the park."
