Salesman pushed hard on my elderly mom for a sale. Waited 4 hours only to be shown a highly substandard vehicle. My elderly mom is recovering from a stroke and I clearly informed the Salesman of my moms condition of being ill, not being able to walk should have been a red flag, but the Salesman didn't care that my elderly mom is ill, cannot walk and legally cannot drive. Only the untrustworthy would even attempt to make a sale at the expense of another's wellbeing. Don't bring your elderly loved ones to Flood Ford Narragansett. I truly wish I never did and certainly wouldn't ever again. The Salesman name is Timothy W. UNTRUSTWORTHETHY.!!! TIMOTHY W. ARRANGED FOR MY ELDERLY MOM TO BE PICKED UP AT MY HOUSE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
