From my initial contact with Michelle, working with Chris in sales, and their awesome service department, I can only say that Flood Lincoln provides exceptional service. I was in a bind with my old car needi in sales, and their awesome service department, I can only say that Flood Lincoln provides exceptional service. I was in a bind with my old car needing service and a state inspection. Chris helped me out and my Escape was serviced as I was purchasing my Lincoln Nautilus. Blake in finance made the loan process effortless. I live about an hout away from the dealership. Flood Ford went the extra mile and delivered the Nautilus to me. This was my third purchase from Flood, it won't be my last. Highly recommended! More

My wife and I found the vehicle we wanted online and took the ride to Flood from Connecticut. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had, which is why we are writing this review. Michelle the ride to Flood from Connecticut. It was truly the best car buying experience we have ever had, which is why we are writing this review. Michelle (online sales), George and Blake were phenomenal in their approach, knowledge and speed. From the moment we walked in, until we walked out, it took 3 hours. We purchased an EV car, and George was incredible in his knowledge and setup of the vehicle, teaching us along the way and registering the vehicle with our phones. Truly felt like a time gone by with really good salespeople! The ride is about 75 minutes for us, well worth it, and they will be our dealer going forward. More

Call to make an appointment for service for them to lose the appointment. We dropped the car off overnight and called at 2:30 the next day for them to tell us they would try to squeeze it in when they could the appointment. We were blamed for the issue as we didnt notice we didnt get a confirmation email. Who knows how long it would have taken them to call us to ask why we dropped our car off without an appointment if we didnt call to check in. More
