Flood Ford Lincoln

I received a call from from an long time aquaintenance (car salesman) who recently switched over to Flood Ford from Rhode Island's other big Ford dealership. He told me about a killer deal on the 2013 Li (car salesman) who recently switched over to Flood Ford from Rhode Island's other big Ford dealership. He told me about a killer deal on the 2013 Lincoln MKX. So I made the long trip (Ha Ha) from Johnston down to Flood Ford in Narragansett and true to his word the deal for the MKX (102A pkg) was unbelievable. George explained the deal, showed us the features on the MKX and then we took the it for a nice test drive. The ride was the best i have ever had in a large SUV. The deal for the MKX was better than what I presently had for my 2012 Ford Excape. The folks at Flood allowed us to discuss and think about the MKX deal without any pressure or the feeling of being rushed. I still cannot understand how I was able to go from a 2012 Ford Escape to the top of the line 2013 Lincoln MKX, but George and the folks at Flood Ford made it happen. A couple of days later we picked up the new MKX and this was a very smooth and quick process. We spent about 10 minutes with the financial guy, who clearly and without rushing explained the lease agreement. Then our Lincoon sales rep took his time in fully explaining and demonstrating all of the features in the MKX, which included going over Lincoln's Sync and pairing our phone with the vehicle. We left the dealership completely satisfied and completely comfortable with our MKX. Flood Ford has contacted us a number of times since we aquired the MKX to ensure our satifaction and to see if we have any questions or concerns with the MKX. Flood Ford and the MKX has exceeded my expectations for what a car dealership and a vehicle can provide. If you live in central or northern Rhode Island don't fear the drive. Jim Cipriano was OUTSTANDING! From his taking over the test drives for Rob (so Rob could keep his previously scheduled appointment) to the final deal & signing of all paperwork, Jim was professional, frie test drives for Rob (so Rob could keep his previously scheduled appointment) to the final deal & signing of all paperwork, Jim was professional, friendly, not-at-all condescending, he was patient, knowledgeable, and truly knows what customer service is all about. I hope Jim is with Flood Ford Lincoln the next time I'm in the market for a new car. He was GREAT! So was Russ in the handling of all financial paperwork! Russ was patient even though he had to do the paperwork twice with me. You'd never know I was anything but the "only customer of the day" with the graciousness with which I was handled. Russ was very knowledgeable in the Extended Warranties FORD had to offer and explained the differences in tiers of coverage so that I could understand it. He didn't let me get too much insurance but exactly what I would be needing with the vehicle I purchased based on my previously owned car's driving history. I'm very appreciative. Rob was a wonderful salesman too. He worked with me on the original purchase and took as much time as he could with me. I'm grateful for the time he spent and his handling of turning me over to Jim to take over while he kept his previously booked appointment on the day of my test drives. Michelle Fontaine was also wonderful. She contacted me from home one evening after checking her work email and told me she'd be in touch first thing in the morning ... and she was. Michelle was diligent in maintaining contact with me, making sure that I'd make my way into Flood Ford Lincoln within the week. She was persistent but gracious and made me want to check Flood Ford Lincoln out. Buying a car through Flood Ford Lincoln was a very positive experience. I would absolutely consider doing business with them again down the road. From the receptionist's constant smile and pleasant tone and demeanor to manager Tim's willingness to take my call on an extremely busy morning to answer some questions that could have waited for my salesman to make his way into work later that afternoon, my dealings with Flood Ford Lincoln were nothing but pleasant.
