I had an amazing experience at Flood Ford. Everyone from Steve being my salesmen all the way to the owner of the company Michael, was willing to lend a hand and help in any way possible. I had been in an accident and needed a new car rather quickly so I talked to Michael and he told me to come in. Tim placed me with Steve and it was a match made in heaven. He knew exactly what I was looking for and even went the extra step to teach me how to drive a 5speed. He was patient and a great teacher, and I am now the proud owner of a 2008 Focus. My experience at Flood Ford was very rewarding. I felt very comfortable with Jeff and he always put my interests first when it came to what I wanted and needed in a car. They just wanted to sell a car, it didn't matter to them what my husband or I really wanted, It was always the numbers game. After visiting the other dealers, Flood Ford was the second to the last stop on our journey and I told my husband from the moment we finished talking with Jeff that I wanted to give him the business, just for the simple fact that he went out of his way to make sure he knew what I wanted in a car. He granted my wish and made it happen and I thank him for that. I love my new Ford Edge! P.S. We went to Tasca Ford after Flood to do one last comparison shopping and as far as we were concerned there was no comparison with either the cost of the car or the sales people. John was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles we looked at. I really appreciated the way John directed his attention to me rather than my husband (since I was buying the car not him). Although my situation was somewhat unique having only arrived in the country ten days before my visit, I was made to feel welcome and that no problem was insurmountable.
