I highly recommend Flood Ford, and I do, to any potential buyers. Mike Lancia is excellent and goes way beyond the call of duty. I have had issues with the Body Shop on 2 occasions but in the end they made things right. Overall experience is GREAT and in the future if and when I’m ready to purchase another Mustang or another Ford vehicle, I will be coming back to Flood Ford! More
