The dealership was a great experience overall, Michelle in internet sales was the best, transferred me to Joe In sales department. Had a 9:00 am appointment to trade in my f250 and look @ a used f150 on th in internet sales was the best, transferred me to Joe In sales department. Marc in sales did a great job! !!!!! I had a bad experience with the Ford product. Unfortunately, I bought a lemon June of 2025. Mike Jr worked with ford directly on getting the bu !!!!! I had a bad experience with the Ford product. Unfortunately, I bought a lemon June of 2025. Mike Jr worked with ford directly on getting the buyback done in a timely manner. I was extremely impressed with his team. They worked very hard in getting the buyback done asap. I never went without a rental (pickup). I love my new truck. John in service was FANTASTIC from day one. Joe Bessette and Liz also helped out tremendously. I told Joe Pezza what I needed for a rate to keep in in house and he made it happen. I would 100% recommend Flood Ford. More
