My salesman was very helpful, what a pleasure dealing with. I have been to there service dept. twice had an order problem, they ordered the wrong color for a replacement part inside vehicle took alit with. Carlos made this whole experience very easy - talk about service! I didn't even have to leave my office - everything was done via phone, email, or (here's the best!) he brought the vehicle to me to test dr service! I highly recommend Flood Ford, and I do, to any potential buyers. Mike Lancia is excellent and goes way beyond the call of duty. I have had issues with the Body Shop on 2 occasions but in the end they made things right. Overall experience is GREAT and in the future if and when I’m ready to purchase another Mustang or another Ford vehicle, I will be coming back to Flood Ford! More

I have used this dealership for many purchases and service visits. Jack has sold me each of my Fords he has always taken the time to understand what the vehicle was going to be mainly used for and has service visits. Jack has sold me each of my Fords he has always taken the time to understand what the vehicle was going to be mainly used for and has always helped me select the correct vehicle for me right down to the color. I have no doubt that when I decide it is time for another vehicle it will be a Ford from Flood Ford and Jack will help me again. I have always left this dealship feeling I have been treated fairly and have gotten a good product/service for my money. More
