🚫 Warning: Do Not Trust Florida Fine Cars I deeply regret buying my car from Florida Fine Cars. The vehicle had a hidden defect in one of the lights that was covered up just to make the sale. They put regret buying my car from Florida Fine Cars. The vehicle had a hidden defect in one of the lights that was covered up just to make the sale. They put a new bulb and superficially fixed the lamp, but it was full of water and caused a short circuit that damaged the entire electrical system. Even after taking the car back, nobody mentioned the issue — and now the car is completely damaged. If I hadn’t taken it to a mechanic in time, it could have exploded or caught fire. It was a life-threatening situation caused by pure negligence. Customer service? The worst. Rude, dishonest, and completely unhelpful. This dealership is extremely dishonest. They sold me a problem disguised as a car. Do not trust them. More

I recently purchased a 2019 BMW M4 convertible from Florida Fine Cars, and I wanted to leave a review for Miguel Gomez, the salesperson that walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Miguel is patient, responsive (even responded on days he was off), flexible (very accommodating where he was able) and most importantly, could be counted on to follow through on things he said he would do. Even after the car was purchased, Miguel helped to set up shipping transportation from Florida to California, and wanted to make sure the entire process went smoothly. Most salespeople stop as soon as they know the purchase will go through so they can focus on the next sale, but Miguel was responsive from the full end-to-end process from the customer’s perspective. That’s what I call excellent service! I would definitely purchase another vehicle through Miguel! More
