Louis Obregon provides over the top excellent service- as did the gentleman doing the clerical work at the end of the sale- the only reason for not giving 5 stars was the following - Pre sale vehicle prep c did the gentleman doing the clerical work at the end of the sale- the only reason for not giving 5 stars was the following - Pre sale vehicle prep could have been better- truck was missing the locking wheel lug nut on each wheel- under hood trim panels were missing the clips that secure them, key fob was dirty and has grime all over it still, and last the trailer hitch has a lock without a key- all items that could have been addressed before we arrived- but overall the dealer was excellent.
