Justin was friendly and knowledgeable. However, I could not come to agreement with his manager so no deal was struck. Today, the day after, I did purchase the same vehicle with less mileage in Ft. Myers. Had the manager gave a little it probably would have resulted in a sale as I was a serious buyer. So they still have a Passat to sell. The manager of Sutherland Nissan of Ft. Myers worked with me on price and we both walked away from the table happy. Coincidentally, the Passat I purchased today was a white one also. I think you need to consider your "no haggle" stance of selling cars. Everyone likes to do a little dealing. If that fails at least you tried. I am of an older generation and just expect to do some negotiating. I don't know about the younger generations of today. A reed must bend a little in the wind lest it break. You have a nice business there so your "no haggle" policy is obviously working for you. Thankful for customers like me there is allot of competition in the car selling business. In this case your staunch policy cost you a sale as I was truly interested in your car. E. Kennedy
