I got a great deal buying a 2017 Mercedes. They went the extra mile in various ways including staying far past closing time and I showed up right before they closed which was very nice of them. Also, the Internet rep, Elias Valdez, who I booked my appointment with was seriously good at his job, he gave me tons of info on multiple cars really quickly and efficiently. It took a couple to write, but they sales me a bad car at the beginning, just 5 minutes driving car has an overheating malfunction, came back and Mgr Jose France, without any apology, just offered me to fix the beginning, just 5 minutes driving car has an overheating malfunction, came back and Mgr Jose France, without any apology, just offered me to fix the car and be ready by Monday. I just want my money back and old trade car, so after 6 hrs in total, I got into another car for extra dollars.....bad bad attitude from him and careless at all, in any moment he care about what could happened to my family and me in the car, I was driving on I95 when the car start shaking and stall.....again, no one cares. they were more worried to resale me another car. Not good, not good, and a Mgr JOSE FRANCO, NOT GOOD AT ALL....... More
