Vito was excellent in providing me with advice on trading in my vehicle and although I thought I would not be able to drive off the lot the next day with what I wanted, Vito and his team worked to make it happen. The only reason I did not give the dealership five stars is because of the amount of inquiries that occurred on my credit report as a part of the financing. I thought my credit would be pulled once, but in checking my credit report, it was pulled 6 times by different creditors for financing. But on the upside, the interest rate I received is really low considering my credit score! More

But when Freddy told me his 20 years of experience could get me out then I was all in! I had to see if he was telling the truth and sure enough he did!!! I went down to the dealership and was welcomed by everyone with open arms. Everybody was even making jokes and very friendly. Freddy was awesome though, such a good funny guy. Has a great sense of humor. We finished all the paperwork and when he came out to hand me my keys to my car, he refused to leave without a hug! And he even cleaned my car himself before i left. Such a sweetheart. Ive already referred a friend and will continue to do so. Very happy with Florida Fine Cars!!! More
