My experience with these two employees was nothing but AWESOME in every aspect of the word. I had purchased a 530i bmw and had some minor issues to get repaired and in the process we had some hickups with AWESOME in every aspect of the word. I had purchased a 530i bmw and had some minor issues to get repaired and in the process we had some hickups with computer monitors for bmw go down when checking my car but Gus immediately resolved the problem by sending my car down the street to another shop that had a diagnostic computer to resolve my problem. When car came back it had some other issues that arised. Furthermore the manager Jerry went above and beyond to fix the problem keeping me calmed and patient due to waiting for a couple hrs. I could feel the sense of wanting to help and the concern of Jerry to keep me at ease by saying again and again "We are going to fix this problem and get you out driving your car as soon as possible and happy". This is HIGH QUALITY customer service and i can talk this way by spending 20 years in a top mgt. position at Home Depot you go the extra mile for your customers and you reep the rewards with a good referal word of mouth with friends and family (plant a seed see it grow and then see it bring you your rewards). "You cant control the wind but you can control the sail" To the owner of FLORIDA FINE CARS (AMIR AZA) your service guys need a personal hand shake and a raise or bonus or vacation paid or a trip or days off paid or something that makes them appreciated for there dedication to your customers. We went to this dealership and picked a car. We made a deal and agreed on price. On Monday, despite our extremely busy schedule and heavy rain, we went to the bank and got a cashier's check for the agreed deal and agreed on price. Then we received a call from Sales person saying that General Manager changed his mind and that he wants $200 more for the car. How lame that can be? After causing us so much trouble how that General Manager can do that?!! Where those old days when people honored their words and hand shake and deal meant a deal??!!! Anyways, we offered little more and now the difference between our offer and their NEW price was $100 only. But they did not want to hear that. The car was a luxury imported car so we are talking about serious business here. However, after seeing dishonest treatment we decided to "take our talents somewhere else." General Manager of that dealership does not honor his words and promises, so stay away from dealers like this. P.S. We went to the new dealership they opened in Miami Gardens. More

These guys are complete con men...The price online says one thing then you get to the dealer and they say another. They told me that "all of our cars must pass a 120 point inspection before they can be sol one thing then you get to the dealer and they say another. If thats so, how can you miss the smallest things like a radiator leak,wornout breaks,a/c not cooling properly etc etc? I informed them of this and left my van with them to be "repaired". After i got my van back the problem was worse.I've only had my van for 3 weeks and I have had more problems with it that any of my older model cars have given me in the pass 4 years. ( my van is a 2002, with 95000 miles, i also have a 93 chev pickup over 200000 miles and 99 accord over 220000 miles with less problems) I was told i had a "3 month warranty", and have not been able to get a single thing fixed on my van since i purchsed it. I was also quoted a certain price on my van only to be told that i had to pay about 2000 more than that due to so called "dealer and bank fees". When i asked to see these fees in writing i was given the run around.When you walk in, these guys seem to be great and friendly,but it's all part of the game to get you to buy one of the pieces of S@&t that they have parked on their lot.After buying my van i have come across some of the worse reviews i have ever read on any company. ( about Florida Fine Cars ) i just wish i would have used my head and researched them before i bought my van. Keep in mind folks, they will tell you anything in the world to sell you the car, because after 72 hours it becomes the banks problem.YOU GET STUCK WITH THE CAR PAYMENT AND THE REPAIR BILL!!!! The dealer has already been paid for that piece of S@&t that you just purchased. Don't become a victim,do your research not only on the vehicle but the dealer also. They get paid on commision, so if they dont sale they dont get paid.I wouldn't have recommended this dealership to osama bin laden if he were still alive, and that's all of America's worse enemy. Sold me a car that had one price and then gave me a different price once i paid 75% cash. They also did an unauthorized credit check and did not explain in details or warranty.
