Watch out for the service department The sale went great. About a month after purchasing the vehicle, while on a road trip (on the interstate, not an off-road trip), the running board en The sale went great. About a month after purchasing the vehicle, while on a road trip (on the interstate, not an off-road trip), the running board end cap fell off. It was not ripped off. The two screws that hold the end cap on were still in place. I brought it to the dealer and they said they would order the part. Two and a half weeks later, I still had not heard from them, so I called. Go figure, they had the part in....I told the guy on the phone I couldn't wait around all day for it to get fixed. He said go ahead and bring it in. I drove all the way up here just to find out that they wanted to make an appointment for me to get the part put on. Needless to say, that pissed me off. The manager was absolutely no help in the matter. They ended up telling me to have a seat and they would get to it within the next half hour.....BTW, it is going on almost an hour now.....for two screws.....While I sit here and wait, a service or parts guy sits here in a chair and stares out the window. My son, who is merely 13 years old could remove two phillips head screws and put them back in, but apparently this guy can't....I wonder how much he is getting paid to sit there and look out of the window. Bottom line, take your vehicle to another dealer to get anything fixed or serviced. I will not do business here again. EVER!! More
