My purchase experience. I waited 30 days to write this as I wanted to see if there was anythIng that I needed to add to add to my comments. Todd Rogers helped us with our pu I waited 30 days to write this as I wanted to see if there was anythIng that I needed to add to add to my comments. Todd Rogers helped us with our purchase. I had been turned down by several other dealerships as we had recently had some health issues that left our former good credit in shambles. But, we really needed a vehicle to carry our service dog. I was pretty exhausted by the rejections at other dealerships and really felt that trying Rippy would be just another let down...but, Todd kept calling and finally convinced us to come in...there was a recent trade that would be just the right thing and Todd, along with Mike and Brian, really worked hard to get someone to finance us. It had to have been an exhausting effort because we had been turned down already by most everyone....but Rippy still believed in us, in our history, and wanted to support us if they could find away. I was shocked when they came back with an option, and we bought the car. We were very pleased with our purchase and our warrantee. Todd, Mike and Brian could have treated us like everyone else had, but we felt respected and well cared for in what could have been another embarrassing and hurtful rejection...so...we are sold truly on Rippy...we will tell all of our friends and neighbors and anyone else that we know is looking for a car. When we are ready for a trade and in a better spot financially, we will come back for a new Cadillac. Weve always been BMW and Toyota new car buyers in the past but we think we will stay with Rippy from now on! It makes a big difference when you are treated well and sales folks genuinely seem to try to help you, in spite of diversity. Thanks, Todd, Mike and Brian, (You guys all deserve a raise!) More
