Excellent dealership This is my 2nd car that I have purchased at Rippy Cadillac. The sales people are friendly and professional. I really like their service department. This is my 2nd car that I have purchased at Rippy Cadillac. The sales people are friendly and professional. I really like their service department. Whenever I have to bring in my car for oil changes, etc., I am able to wait for my car in a comfortable waiting area and it usually does not take very long. I wanted an AWD car since I travel all over the country and even though the dealership did not have an SRX with AWD, they were able to find one and have it brought in to their dealership. I have been very happy with everyone I have come in contact with at Rippy. Mike Campo went out of his way to keep me informed about when my new car would arrive and once I purchased the car took the time to show me how to work and set up all the electronics. Excellent dealership! More
