They damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility They damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility for the damages. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Took my car for service, which They damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility for the damages. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Took my car for service, which was never completed, and picked up my car with gouges and scrapes. Was told by the GM that their policy states they aren’t responsible for damages. It actually states they aren’t responsible for damages out of their control. He informed me that my insurance covers the car while at their dealership, so it was their responsibility to pay for damages. I have been in discussions with them for weeks over this issue, and have yet to receive a resolution. On top of that, I didn’t allow them to complete the repairs because they wanted to replace new parts and tested nothing before telling me things needed replacement. I took the car to another dealership, and the repairs were done in three days. I have owned Hondas for the last 26 years, but I will never do business with Flow Honda again. More
