Totally Satisfied with Flow Greensboro Service My wife's car has an odd issue with icing on the inside of the front windshield when below 32. It has happened twice to her so I called and spoke with My wife's car has an odd issue with icing on the inside of the front windshield when below 32. It has happened twice to her so I called and spoke with Tim about the problem. You just will not find a more professional and genuine desire to solve the problem then I received from Tim and from Frank when I brought the car in. They provided me with a loaner and kept the car a couple of days in order to attempt to diagnose the problem. As fate would have it, the temps failed to reach low enough levels to recreate the icing issue so we decided to wait until another time. We have never had to bring the car in for anything other then a free car wash or warranty service. Flow Lexus of Greensboro checks all the right boxes for us when we need something done right on our car. We highly recommend Tim and his fine service organization and thank them for being there for us. More
