Buying a Lexus NX 200t from Brock Frady, Flow Lexus I had been to another local Lexus dealer and they were not willing to negotiate with me on my trade in so I walked out. Friends of mine told me to go to Flow Lexus of Greensboro. I looked them up on-line and noticed that Brock Frady was given excellent reviews. When I called I was so happy that I was connected to Brock. He was helpful and he listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, he also didn't try to sell me on any extended warranties. My car buying experience was done over the phone. I got the car that I wanted and I got what I wanted for my trade in. This was not an adversarial experience in fact this was the most positive car buying experience that I have ever had. I want to thank Brock for his professionalism, friendliness and his through knowledge of the Lexus product. He is a true asset to Flow Lexus. I will tell and encourage my friends and family to buy from them. More

We left and visited several other dealerships, test drove about 6 other vehicles. But came back to Flow and to Jason. We test drove one vehicle, but bought another. I hope Jason is still there so when I am ready for another car he can help me. More

Brock was very patient, good listener and very knowledgeable of the features and benefits associated with all the Lexus models. His primary objective is that of making the customer feel at ease and confident in their car selection. Additionally, the Service Department is above reproach; an outstanding team of professionals (i.e. Ronnie, Frank, Ian and Rick) who have earned my respect by ensuring the life of my vehicles through routine maintenance. This dealership is a perfect example of the bad reputation car dealers get. I was greeted by a trainee who knew absolutely nothing and was very annoying. I could not get any kind of idea what type of deal I could get. He kept asking me to make an offer. Finally, after 45 minutes of listening to bad jokes and a tour of the dealership, that I did not request, I am asked to sit in an office, where I waited for 15 minutes, after which I was told the sticker price was the price. I never met with a sales person. I went to 5 dealerships the same day, and this was the ONLY one that was rude and gave me the impression they were doing me a favor. FLOW, my message to you is thanks but no thanks. Treat your potential customers a little better. More

I was disappointed with the lack of communication from the service department. I left my car with them for over a week with specific issues and asked them to please call after they had driven it to let me the service department. On the 8 th day I had heard nothing about my vehicle and had to call to find out what was going on myself. The response I received was "it's ready for you". I had to then inquire about what they found after the test drive. No information was volunteered and no apologies for not calling. Disappointing to say the least... More

"OMG" Billy Grubbs was so charming and knowlegeable. Billy gave me a detail tour of Flow and explain the operation of the service center.
