The person checking me in was very unknowledgeable of what was going on as far as warranty is concerned. My name is Alexander Moore and I know my hub was replaced there before. Please check my history, I will not take my Nissan titan there anymore. If someone ask me about this company, I will tell them to take their vehicle somewhere else. I'm not a Happy customer. The last 2 times that I received Service at Flow(incomplete). I had a simple service appointment. Oil change and tire rotation. Both times to include today…The Tech forgot the Stickers on the Flow(incomplete). I had a simple service appointment. Oil change and tire rotation. Both times to include today…The Tech forgot the Stickers on the window, did not properly inflate the tires and did not turn off the warning light for my tires and oil change reminder! I bought this Car there in 2018 and I would think that Me as the customer should receive Better Treatment. More

Cost me over 800. 00 in taxes!!! Purchased a Nissan Titan, I paid for my tags/title/taxes on my previous truck in December, so dealership said we can just transfer tag 00 in taxes!!! Purchased a Nissan Titan, I paid for my tags/title/taxes on my previous truck in December, so dealership said we can just transfer tags, and then would pay taxes on the new truck in December, which I have always done (husband trades vehicles almost every 2 years) They called me to pick up new plate and did not understand why as we were transferring. When I got there along with a new weighted plate I was given a bill for over $800 in property tax from the DMV. After paying the taxes at DMV and then going to tax office to show proof of payment and ask for a credit on December taxes, I was informed by the Tax Office that we COULD just have transferred the tags and been good until December!! (too late now) Its a shame as I initially wanted to give them a 5 star rating but now it has cost me over $800.00 plus time and gas (waiting at DMV and then going to Tax Office) to figure out what was going on, I only purchased a vehicle over $70,000+ with all the "extra" services. (maybe there was a extra tag/title/license service I missed). :-( Not too mention the way my husband was treated when he questioned the dealership about it, was told "everyone pays taxes" well yes but NOT immediately if you recently paid and just transferring tags. More

After my service I was in a bind, Chris made a way out of no way and for that I am forever thankful to this guy that went that extra mile department. I took my car in on 4/4 to have a broken window repaired (storm was coming and the window wouldn’t roll up). They left my car in a unsecured parking lot WITH THE WINDOWS DOWNIN THE RAIN! When I called to ask for an update they gave me a run around after they told me it would be done by end of day 4/5. I didn’t receive my car until 4/7 and it smells like skunk-butt thank you Flow Nissan for putting service at the top of its game. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! More

After purchasing a new pathfinder I was told I needed a new engine at 73,000 due to sludge buildup, despite keeping up to date with my services. They did the diagnostic on my car and didn't replace my oil cap which damaged my engine further. They wouldn't take responsibly for anything. Consumer services wont even honor your warranty unless you get all your services through Nissan. They low balled me on a trade in for $6000 where Carmax gave me $15000. Very disappointed i will never purchase Nissan again, they don't stand behind their products. More
