Never before has buying a car been such a pleasant experience! I originally came to Classic to find a used car and never did I imagine I would be leaving with a new one! Thanks to the team there, I got a great deal on something new that barely had any miles on it. I love, love, love my new 2010 Nissan Rogue and I've only had it 24 hours. I don't have to tell you how great the car is. The reason I love it even more is because of the amazing customer service I received. I was at Classic Nissan for about 5 hours and never had I had such patient, understanding, and helpful team of people that got me into the car I love. I have done nothing but recommend the car as well as the place I bought my car from all day! I will continue to do so! The price and service I was given were amazing and they did such a great job to work with my budget and my situation. My other favorite thing was that everyone there knew my name and congratulated me on my car. I was proud and so excited to jump into my brand new car and I can thank all of the wonderful and friendly people at Classic that made that happen! :) More

Something about Jackson's demeanor, you could tell he was a sincere, honest person. We immediately felt we could trust we were in good hands. My husband is a huge skeptic, but he too opened up. Jackson put us at ease during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable on the model; everything from safety to comfort and style of the vehicle. Bottom line...he closed the deal when we had no intentions of making a deal that night. We had been model shopping for awhile...did not think we could afford the Murano, but it was at the top of our wish list. The team at Classic Nissan created a welcoming environment throughout our entire visit. Being the last day of the month, we expected to feel tension, or see worried looks around the dealership. Not so. Whatever member of the team made eye contact with us, they made a point to acknowledge us. From the initial internet contact, Ms. Joy was warm and welcoming, appreciative of the call back to let her know we were running late, to the response call from the GM Mike, acknowledging our interest via the internet; the experience was very professional to and including the close of the deal. We truly felt from sales to finance, the team members at Classic NISSAN had our interest at heart. We are very, very pleased we choose Classic NISSAN for our purchase. They made it happen for us. The best thing I can say about Classis NISSAN and Jackson is, I would recommend them to my closest friends and colleagues. I originally started at a Toyota dealership to try to reduce my payments on my Highlander. Unfortunately they were not able to help so I drove to the Nissan dealer where a co-worker bought a car years ag reduce my payments on my Highlander. Unfortunately they were not able to help so I drove to the Nissan dealer where a co-worker bought a car years ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt my salesman worked hard to get the deal and make sure I got what I want. He was very familiar with the Rogue and answered all of my questions. I felt I was getting a fair price for my Highlander trade and was still able to get a good monthly payment (about $80-90 less then I was paying). Once everything was signed, I received a call the next day letting me know they were able to get me a better interest rate and threw in a maintenance contract. I will definitely tell others what a great experience I had and recommend others go there even if they go somewhere else and think they are getting a good deal. More

Young salesman was very nice-not overbearing....let product sell itself. I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle and knew what vehicle I wanted. I drove the fully loaded one, but they were able to get the affordably priced cube I wanted. All in dealership were courteous while I was there. I intentionally drove from South Charlotte to a smaller dealership for the customer srvice. The dealership I dealt with on South Blvd in Charlotte basically told me I would never find the cube I wanted....yet 2 days later the one in Statesville did. I have had a 2003 Xterra for the past 120,000 miles and look forward to the quality ride and service I have come to expect from Nissan. My family has been life long Toyota owners from my parents 1962 or 63 Toyota Landcruiser-the big one-wish we still had it........However I am a Nissan fan for life ever since my Xterra...... More

I purchased the first I checked at Classic Nissan. The car was delivered on the same day and the overall experience was really good.
