I PURCHASED MY USED 2OO6 BMW FROM CLASSIC NISSAN ON OCTOBER 1,2011. MY VISIT WAS PROMPT,RESPECTFUL,AND EXCELLENT. The truck has an indentation (dent) the size of a quarter on the rear of the cab which I did not notice until I brought the car home. The dent is clearly a manfacturer defect. I am not sure how the problem on the rear of the cab which I did not notice until I brought the car home. The dent is clearly a manfacturer defect. I am not sure how the problem will be resolved but I am confident that a solution will be found. Word of advice to all new buyers - clearfully inspect the car body before driving off the lot. I bought my 2011 Nissan Murano SL AWD from you on 12/31/10. I noticed later that I was missing 2 of the green tipped nitrogen valve stem caps. I spoke with someone at your dealership April 22nd and 12/31/10. I noticed later that I was missing 2 of the green tipped nitrogen valve stem caps. I spoke with someone at your dealership April 22nd and they put me to the service department voice mail. As of May 13th, no one had called me back. I decided to email my sales person, Joy. She responded just 2 business days later and had already put them in the mail for me. I received them and they are an exact match. I had a problem with the driver's side window - slow in going up. Rishawn met me with a smile and took down my information and showed me to the waiting room. From the start of my search for a new vehicle,Paula was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable of the Nissan Line,I had originally sent a request for an Altima. listening to my needs she suggested the Rog very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable of the Nissan Line,I had originally sent a request for an Altima. listening to my needs she suggested the Rogue.We set an appointment for that afternoon.I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I opened my car door. The gentleman ask what brought me to Classic Nissan today. I told him I have an appointment with Paula,she came to meet me with a big smile and another welcome from her. I had already discussed my fears of the purchase with her on the phone, this was my first vehicle purchase since my husband had passed away.She assured me that I was in good hands. She then introduced me to Mike Hollimon,at that time I did not know that he was the General Manager.By this time they had My New Rogue pulled up to the front for me.They took the time to explain to me how all of the bells and whistles work. I drove it and loved it.We sat down to do the paper work,JW took the time to get me the best interest rate,to keep me within budget.While all of this was going on,they took me to meet the service dept.they even set my first oil change for me.So now when anyone ask me where I got my Rogue,I say Proudly, Classic Nissan of Statesville More
worst car buying expierence ever. not only did i not know the truck i was looking at and trying to buy online didnt have a tailgate or bumper untill i drove and hour to get there and see for my self, after i the truck i was looking at and trying to buy online didnt have a tailgate or bumper untill i drove and hour to get there and see for my self, after i got a writen promise for them to be added, they told me friday that they sent someone to go pick them up and i never recieved a phone call to tell me they were in. i had to call daily to ask and a week later they were finally there. so when i get there to pick them up they hand me 2 pieces and send me on my way with no bolts to put them on so i am stuck with 3 seperate pieces of a truck. i do not recommend this dealership to anyone. UPDATE: After some misscomunication on the 2002 frontier that i purchased, Eddie was able to step in and make things right. Now that we are all on the same page things are moving smoothly, Eddie is sending me a loaner truck while he puts mine in service to have my bumper and tailgate installed. There was even several sitckers on the tailgate that he is going to have removed for me to go the extra mile. This process of purchasing a truck from Classic Nissan will have been a sucuess shortly. My only recommendation would be for a little better communication and my brief dissatisfaction would have been avoided. My choice to rate the customer service a 3 will definatley jump to a 4 once everything is taken care of. The Price of my truck was great from the get go. All in all i will walk away at the end completely satisfied with Classic Nissan. More

(UPDATE - I DID FIND OUT LATER THAT THEY HAD RESPONDED TO THE BBB, HOWEVER THEY DID NOT USE THE PROPER CHANNELS AND IT WENT TO SPAM MAIL. THE RESPONSE THEY MADE TO THE BBB DID NOT ADDRESS THE SITUTAION). Their internet ad listed a 2005 Mazda3 for $9998.00 (I have a copy of the ad if needed). I called to verify they still had the vehicle and the price and both were confirmed by Mike Holloman. I then drove from Charlotte to Statesville to check it out. When I got there they told me there was an error in the ad that all of their cars included a millineum package and that they had to tack on a little over a $1,000.00 to cover it. We told them that was false advertising and we began to leave. They said don't leave we will work with you. After waiting about 45 minutes they made an offer of $9300.00 and indicated it included the basic millineum package. It sounded good to us. We did not care if the package was included or not because all it covers is things like spilled coke; no major spills or damage. Once we got home we realized they had added an additional line in on the bill of sale for the millineum package charging us an additional $999.00. We actually paid $10,299.00 for the car that was advertised for $9998.00. I immediately wrote a letter telling them I did not want the millineum package and wanted a refund for the $999.00 but they refused my request. If this is not SNEAKY/CROOKED business what is and they knew it because they could not respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint. (UPDATE - AFTER MY COMPLAINT THRU DEALERRATER I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MIKE HOLLIMON. HE TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT IF HE REFUNDED THE $999.00 I WOULD ONLY BE PAYING $8300.00 FOR THE CAR THAT THEY DID NOT ADD IN THE $999.00 WHICH WAS A FALSE STATEMENT (I KNOW HOW TO ADD AND SUBTRACT). HE FINALLY MADE THE COMMENT THAT I WAS KILLING HIM WHEN IN FACT HE WAS KILLING HIMSELF. I TOLD HIM ALL I WANTED WAS HONESTY. HE THEN INVITED ME TO THE DEALERSHIP AND GAVE ME A REFUND CHECK FOR $999.00. I AM HAPPY THAT I GOT MY MONEY BACK, HOWEVER IT IS SAD THAT I HAD TO COMPLAIN OUTSIDE OF CLASSIC NISSAN TO GET A RESPONSE.) More
Thanks for the e-mail but unfortunately I did not purchase a car there. I was told that I was financed and all I needed to do was to bring my trade-in in and finish up paperwork. All of a sudden I needed $2,000 for a down payment which I made it known in the beginning that I did not have in the first place. As soon as I left out of that dealership, a toyota dealership called me and so I am strongly thinking about giving them my service. They know my circumstances and they are willing to work with me. You see, I know that dealerships can do whatever they want to do to get a customer into a car. So that is why my answers are the way they are. Overall, everybody seemed to be nice, no pushy salesman. My initial contact with Joy McCoy was great! Then I was introduced to Ray who was nice in the beginnig but then it was like night and day. Thank you Joy for being a sweetie! Have a blessed day! More
